I saw something about them still having 50 or so of the riverboats we gave them. Can they be used to transport troops across? How many can each hold? And on a slightly different thought process, do they have helicopters that can transport troops and/or armor/artillery?

I know there are boats somewhere, but it's hard to use boats to transport trucks and tanks.

With the river being low now that the flood waters have receded, they might be able to use bulldozers to push earth across that smaller channel and build a temporary road across it. That would block the flow of water, but that other channel would have no problem carrying that water away so it wouldn't back up much behind the temporary road.

I have the feeling that is exactly what is going to happen. No EU funds, no special weapons deals, etc. They'll have to get their money and weapons from russia.....
