Yep. But then, that's why you have aircraft sent to the border to be sure they're escorted back to the border.That's just 1/2 to 1 mile over the border. It's pretty easy to stray that far across a border without intending to.
This brings back memory's. When I was growing up I could see three of these monstrous drag lines working day and night off in the distance at the Navajo mine in New Mexico, I was living across the border in Colorado to give you an idea of their size. They each had two feet and moved in that same way, dragging a huge ring across the ground. They each had a boom towering in the air that was more than a football field in length.
I think that's all shut down now.
