1. I don't think the US is too tore up about a sanctioned, outlaw russian tanker getting hit in a war zone.
2. Why is russia using ships to transport to Turkey...in the Black Sea? Aren't they friends with Georgia? Why not transport your goods over land? Ukraine is not going to hit anything in Georgia or Turkey.
