That they aren't doing shoot and scoot any more tells me that they have destroyed so many Russian guns in this early stage of the counter offensive, that they now have earned the luxury of being able to place an anti drone grid over a gun they leave where it is set up and dialed in for real counter battery accuracy.

Now that they have achieved this battlefield luxury their counter battery performance will improve, and they'll destroy even more Russian guns. It's a cascade.

This is NATO tactics realizing dividends.

I'll comment. Armchair generals who fail to consider the true complexity. Doesn't even know that they are overlooking the true complexity, irradiate me when they pontificate as if they are knowledgeable individuals.

Pay attention to General Hertling and General Ryan. Ignore the rest of the media crowd when it comes to strategic and tactical battlefield tactics.
