Kremlin will exhaust all manpower in the East, whatever mercinaries they have acquired thru Africa/Middle East, Nepal etc before conscripting 10s of 1000s from Moscow, St. Petersburg or any other western Russia ( aka Eastern European ) metropolitan city.

wasnt me- their future was never East of the Ural Mountains.

That expanse is isolated, desolate and extremely under-developed for habitation.

Its actually providing an internal cleansing of non-white Russians. Western Russians are extremely bigoted toward Eastern Russians.
