Thanks, those are all good argumentative points. You're pointing out many of the good reasons that we are not likely to see those NK military personnel on the Ukrainian battlefield.I have a feeling that the Russians are going to use them ( NKs) as shields - placing them in positions they dont belong in, getting them kia/wia, and NKs are going to realize fairly quickly what their "role" is for Russia(ns) in this war.
The communication barriers, the logistics and terrain/theater issues- these NKs no NOTHING and studying a map for 5 days isnt going to help. Half the area mapped even a year ago bears no resemblance to today ( where active combat is taking place )
For an argument that the North Korean military personnel are in Russia as extension of the support of their arms dealings.
What does NK get in return, amoung many things they get to catch up with the outside world on innovations like drone warfare.
What does Russia get in return, they get back a vast stock of conventional Soviet era arms, what the Soviets gave to NK when it was old and obsolete, they now get to get it back.
NK does have the ability to manufacture things, they now supply Russia with some of what Ukraine used to supply to the Soviets.
