Japanese school children were being taught how to use rifles with bayonets during WW2. It was obvious
they were not going to surrender by conventional means. It's going to be the same with Russia as long
as Putin is in charge.

Contextually-
Japanese mainlanders had no idea what the outside world looked like.
No computers, no cell, no internet, no global connectivity to know anything other than what they were told.

Russians, today, dont have that excuse.

But, I would say one of the big differences is that these are Ukrainian children in russian held territory. They are being brainwashed and trained to fight against their own country.

Just in Recent history, Russia has unprovokedly invaded Ukraine, Georgia, Chechnya, Moldova..... but yeah, they want peace LOL. Can you be any more mentally challenged?
