Heard on one of the news stories that they won't finish the autopsy, determine the cause of death, for another two weeks. WTH?! CSI Miami gets that sheet done in under an hour!

There was some commentary somewhere that giving out the details could somehow hinder the prosecution process. Same conversation talked about how it could be difficult to pin this on him. His DNA would be expected anyway due to their relationship. That’s really more for the experts to figure out but wanted to note the delay may be purposeful.

I think Brian got help from his parents in some form or fashion. I think he's smarter than we're currently giving him credit for. It comes out yesterday that the Laundries went on a weekend camping trip the weekend before he disappeared. Today, a person that knows Brian has claimed he's gone off the grid for a long period of time in the past(months). The reserve is probably a distraction. Did anyone actually see Brian drive to the reserve? Did the Laundries stop anywhere on this weekend camping trip? Where did they go? Was Brian seen when they got back from the trip? I wouldn't trust anything the parents say. Somewhere, a camera must of picked them up while driving to w/e they were going camping. Maybe, someone saw their truck or saw them.

Same! I wanted to watch it, I might have made it 30 seconds but geez broaden your vocabulary and add some tactfulness, this wasn't an accountment of your "besties" arguing at a "popping" club.

I bet they do and I bet it's Aug 30.

But this is slick. They can't charge him/arrest on murder. But we can get him on these lesser charges, get him in custody and go from there.
But this is a fine line in hoping he confesses. If he stays hush and waits for court, unless the govt has some really good non circumstantial evidence, conviction will be difficult I think.
