I’m just glad we don’t have to waste money looking for him, trying him, and possibly housing him for life.

That lawyer doesn't know when to shut up.
I guess that's why he's a lawyer.
Sorry, SuperChuck, but you know it's true.
I can't see them waiving attorney-client privilege at any point. If the lawyer know's Brian is dead and his lawyer spills the beans, does it matter at this point, as long as Brian's parents give the o.k.? Maybe they want people to leave them alone, so they give them what the want, and everyone goes on their merry way? I don't know.
Being a defense attorney, with a dead client, maybe allows some freedom to speak freely?!?!

Should be the Gabby Petito Foundation.Who gets the money of the rights to the story? Somebody is making a movie or documentary.
Not sure if this is true, but take a look at google here....
What does a lawyer do when a client dies?
Lawyers are the agents of clients, and when the principal (the client) dies, the lawyer-client relationship ends. The general rule is that the lawyer's actual authority to act on behalf of the client ends when the client dies.Sep. 18, 2019Ethical Dilemma: On the Death of a Client - State Bar of ...

Interesting. You know, I once knew a lawyer who didn't know their power of attorney ended when the person died.
Him being dead is anticlimactic so it's disappointing. I'm still stuck on him driving back home like he was just gonna go on with his life.Your taking this story a bit hard? How angry are you at Brian? What's on your mind?

I'm stuck on young women who fall in love with men because they're projects to "fix" ignoring all the red flags in the meantime. I personally have never felt that need. Maybe that makes me a bad person.
It takes two to tangle, or so they say.
What would you of liked to see in the court case, if there was one? Why did that bother you, when Brian drove home alone? Was it the arrogance?
Why are you stuck on it? You disappointed in woman, men, or both? People have different needs and you didn't want to be someone's mommy maybe, but a wife.
Well, if it was an accident, it's usually you'rey struck with sudden remorse, off yourself. If it's she was going to leave and nobody else was going to have her, it's usually a murder-suicide right then. What would you of liked to see in the court case, if there was one? Why did that bother you, when Brian drove home alone? Was it the arrogance?

You can’t even troll correctly. And yes, you’re correct, I’m sure Gabby deserved to be strangled to death. Poor Brian just needed to get away.It takes two to tangle, or so they say.
