My nutritionist....Mary....is completely against that. She says if she gets that in her mouth she immediately spits it out. I don't know....to me that shows a lack of appreciation for the cream and it's wasteful.

Couple weeks ago at the store I grabbed a can of potted meat for my son to try. As a kid I ate tons of that stuff. It was not as good as I remembered....my son also read the ingredients before trying which is a huge mistake.

Kangaroo. Tastes like slightly gamier deer. I quite liked it.

Fuddrucker's in Houston used to serve an ostrich burger. It was not bad from what I remember. It was one of the limited food places by my office back in the early 2000's so we'd go there couple times a month for lunch. It was a "healthier" option than one of their regular burgers. I guess I should have put that on my list, too.

I too also had the ostrich burger from Fuddruckers in Houston. It was during our Katrina evac if I'm not mistaken. It was pretty tasty but unspectacular. But it was a lot better than the buffalo burger I had there a few years prior.
