I assume y'all are getting your power outage numbers at the same place I am, but it's 1.349 million now. Doubled in about an hour.



All my people are further north. I'm thinking they're okay. Not sure yet.

I sincerely hope this Lt. Dan doesn't also end up getting "magic legs" after being paralyzed from missiles, and debris careening like insane IED's in Kandahar Province by some drunk Taliban Islamic fundamentalist.

Or, he ends up worse than Gary Sinise' iconic character and is killed and his body isn't discovered 5-10 years from now in some swamped Everglades in a remote fishing community near Cedar Key, Florida.

Yes, it's a Filipino delicacy. I'm Filipino and I have never had it, nor do I have any desire to.

No offense to you or your people, but i spent a few months last year working in the Philippines and i cannot express to y’all how absolutely wretched the food was.. both the local Filipino food, and their versions of Western food.. it was so bad that for my last month there, i ate every meal from a TGI Fridays in the mall, and from a Costco pizza place…. I dont know how Thailand does it , but their food is the polar opposite- it’s like NOLA in that it’s really hard to find a bad meal in Thailand, and it’s about 1/10th the price of food in America.. they are both ‘developing nations’, so i dont get it.. anyway, sorry to derail the thread .

Find you some Canadian manufactured Unisom. Way better, less grogginess. Check the bottle for country of manufacture.

I use Unisom and it typically works really well.. ive never noticed the country of manufacture, but i make sure to use the Sleeptabs as opposed to the Sleepgels, Sleeptabs work much better .


ETA just checked the bottle, mines were manufactured in Tennessee USA .
