That's a dumpster on that house. A great big dumpster.

Our weather here doesn't dump dumpsters. We get rain and snow.
A neighbor who went through this talks about this here starting at 2:28

Finders keepers!
YEAH. I mean yeah, just as soon as a nice one lands in my yard.

Please make it be a sailboat. A five tonner would be the right size. It's ok if the engine is wonked, I can fix it, wouldn't use it anyway, but I would fix it so that I could use it if I needed to use it.

And whose insurance pays to move it?
What is insurance? I'm saying that, that way because we don't have insurance. Folks who just got flooded along the east coast don't have insurance for that either.

Those insurances companies we did have became zombies and well, they're dead companies now. Dead as far as I'm concerned. I'll never forgive them, nor will I ever need them again.

Allstate died this summer. They're zombies just like all the rest now.

I understand that the same thing is happening to people who have hurricane floods instead of forest fires.

Zombies, insurance,,, they have a need for that insurance, so that actual need makes them uninsurable. So they have to live or die uninsured if they need that insurance.

Suckers are people who buy insurance they don't need.

Realtors treat people who have no insurance like they have leprosy. My advice for an uninsured homeowner selling their place is to study the law you need to study, and then handle it on your own, don't use a realtor.

Especially not a price it to sell realtor. That kind of realtor will sell your uninsured place for half price or less.
