There are two types of water spouts.Not sure if it’s technically ‘tropical weather’ but I saw a water spout when I was on the Causeway this morning
It seemed like it was way over by the spillway
It did raise the question about safety- it doesn’t seem like they’re particularly dangerous- the wind is pulling water up, right? A bridge is going to be a barrier to the water, right?
