Yeah. I guessing that dry air is hindering it, which is good. As someone posted earlier, without that dry air, we might be looking at a monster of a storm.

Since the strongest part of the storm will pass directly over my house, I would gladly take a little less wind if possible.

7pm CDT center of track landfall remains same as earlier but trajectory after landfall flattened a bit - the location where the line crosses I-12 east of Baton Rouge nudged a bit to the east.
