Milroe is a closer version to lamar. that's why i put that combo together. Milroe may also be more in range of where we end up in draft (not top 3) assuming we win like 2 more.

I just don't know that Milroe is ever going to be a good enough passer. Ward has mobility and can run but isn't the pure runner that Jackson or Milroe are. But Ward is a much better passer than either coming out of college and being a better passer is what has taken Jackson to the next level.

Ward needs to be a better passer in structure but he is great on off schedule throws. If someone can teach him to be a good on schedule passer and occasionally play under center, he could be great.

I just don't think Milroe is ever going to be a good enough passer. He's shown little progress from when he first became a starter.

Ben Johnson - doubt he would take the job

Gruden - has connections with the team - actually got something out of Carr

Vrabel - never thought he really deserved to be fired and the team has regressed without him - stand up guy - would hear no complaints from me

Flores - with Flores' coaching and our personel our defense might really take off - I really felt our scheme has really stopped people from pinning their ears back and going

These would be my top choices. We will probably get someone completely worn out or completely inexperienced though.

He already has the players and the trust of Miss Benson.

He brings Dan Campbell energy and knows the game like John Harbaugh from a ST perspective. He's also well respected across the NFL as he's considered one of the best ST coordinators and he had a big role in the new kickoff rule, that puts him in good standing with the NFL.

He saw first hand what KK's offense can do with healthy players. The players were also juiced with KK's first 2 week offense.

Rizzi gets the job, KK and the O-staff stay on to continue to build.

The D is where we'll see changes as those were DA's guys. I don't know who will stay over go from the coaches, but on the pkayer side, Taylor and Gay will stay for sure. Taylor is a game changer and I see Gay hustling down on ST, I see Rizzi liking that.
