I'm not following you here. Wasn't that just another random variant who happened to be there at the same time as she was being taken in? Same as there was a random guy at the same time as Loki was originally picked up? And didn't she say 'help him!', not 'Alvin!'?

Maybe? Maybe I'm just not hearing it correctly and I've rewatched it a couple times. I still think something is going on with her past that will be pivotal.
 
No one else has mentioned this and I think it matters,
One of the fake time keepers called her Sylvie and said that she was a child of the time keepers. Unless the Judge told them what her name was, which I highly doubt, how would they know her name since they aren't the real time keepers? Or are they just a stand in for them, where the real time keepers stay hidden but talk through their robot selves?

Has to be a Wizard of Oz scenario. But who's the man/woman/other behind the curtain?

At this point, we don't even know whether there are real Time-Keepers, most of the premise could be a set-up. We know the TVA exists and has the power it does, but we don't know that it's really being used to preserve a Sacred Timeline to prevent a multiversal war, let alone that there's Time-Keepers in charge of it.

(I still think it's Lokis all the way down).

after the redditing and podcast listening, I landed on an idea I like
so we figure he landed on Prune Planet Loki
we’ve seen President Loki in preview, so maybe this planet is mostly Lokis burdened with glorious purpose and they’re trying to do the ‘freedom is life’s great lie’ thing
The 4 now 5 Loki’s at the end might be the Lokis who are no longer burdened by glorious purpose
and now is when the nexus event kicks in - before 616 Loki got pruned, there was no hope to escape BUT
because he established a connection with Sylvie he/they might have a key to get off planet Loki
