He could be the Bronny James of the NFL. But so far he has done far more than 2pts a game in college.
I think he's likely to be good. But it's too early to tell if he's going to be NFL good, much less NFL great.

Counter Point: His dad is Cooper Manning.
Cooper Manning was a very good athlete on his own, even Peyton and Eli have said he was the better athlete.
I said that because she owned an interior design business not because she’s a woman so misogyny had zero to do with it. But my point still stands, she’s not making ANY football related decisions that’s included Micky’s role for the team.Sorry, but this is one of the most clueless, misogynistic things I have read on this forum regarding this topic. Guess I should get used to this sort of rhetoric. Crazy how all of a sudden, during this particular time period, Gayle Benson out of nowhere has a target on her back.
Guess she should spend more time on the sideline during the fourth quarter looking on nervously and be in the media complaining about officials or issuing ultimatums to the coaching staff on radio shows so you guys can finally feel like she cares.
I can assure you, Gayle Benson does a lot more than “pick out drapes.” Unreal.
I was there all things considering they had a good many Saints fans in attendance--I didn’t go to the Saints/Chargers game this year and it really bummed me out. I only get to see the team once a year if I’m lucky. I noticed all the empty seats on tv and I guarantee you 10-15k Saints fans would have filled those seats if the team even seemed half way decent and not so hopeless. DA is not only killing the fan base in NO, he’s bumming out Saints fans all over the Country.
Last year I went to the Rams/Saints game at Sofi and my section was directly under Gayle’s owner seats. I hope that she at least noticed the thousands of less Saints fans who didn’t make the trip to see our beloved team this go around.
It wasn't a nice way to say it, but I don't think Gayle Benson is that involved with the team's football operations either (I'll abstain from taking a jab here, no matter how truthful... I digress). I doubt she'll tell Loomis to fire Allen. And I don't think she'll fire Loomis either, just based on how involved Loomis is in the financial aspect of both the Saints and the Pelicans.Sorry, but this is one of the most clueless, misogynistic things I have read on this forum regarding this topic. I'm sorry, above doesn't really provide any evidence that Arch is what folks think he may turn into.....It could happen..... but based on going to Manning camps (of course he would) and an "it" factor when he has played a total of 5 college games and is now benched in favor of another QB?
I'll wait and see how he plays over a season, because at this point no one knows and I find it just silly that folks think they do.....
That's not what's being discussed. Gayle is undoubtedly involved in personnel decisions when it involves key personnel, including HC, GM and other FO positions. Heck, she personally met with Watson at one point during that whole deal.I said that because she owned an interior design business not because she’s a woman so misogyny had zero to do with it. I also think its a higher probability that Loomis and Dennis Allen continue to produce a failed NFL product on the field, Gayle passes, Loomis moves the team or sells it to someone who moves it, then it is for the Saints to end up drafting Arch Manning and leading the saints to another superbowl.
I would also be happy to eat crow over that last statement. With hot sauce please.
No one from the commissioner to the team to the local media to ESPN has even mentioned relocating. It's just cascading probability.
The Manning family has produced exceptional players for football in college and the NFL
Arch has shown promise already in college to have a good probability of being very successful in college, despite limited play.
If the Manning family is 4 for 4 for producing successful college QB's, and 3 for 3 in NFL caliber successful QB's, there's a higher probability of 4 for 4 instead of 3 for 4.
I personally think its a high probability that he makes it to the NFL as a starting QB. I also think its absolutely silly to tank every single year for the #1 pick until he declares for draft which may not even happen until 2028 draft.

Who exactly said she’s involved? In fact, everything out there directly contradicts that. That's not what's being discussed. The whole interior design angle is idiotic.

Lmao, I gave you an example and you just dismissed it out of hand. Your takes on Gayle are absurd and show a severe lack of objectivity.I think people are a bit too sensitive but

you're probably right. but I've seen this movie before, several times. I saw it at the end of Mora's tenure. I saw it the entire Ditka tenure. I saw it in Haslett's last season. Some of the Saints lifers can probably add to the list, but I can't speak to that. I came onboard with Mora, Mills, & Vaughn Johnson when the USFL folded and just never left...dunno why....much like "picking a dog at the rescue", I think your team picks you, not the other way around. So I'm not going anwhere. And I have no say. Just flashbacks to the era of the 'Aints, where you hoped for the best and were pleasantly surprised when it actually happened. Considering how long it took for Mora, and then CSP to show up and lift our fortunes, I hope I live long enough for the 3rd dynasty to be discovered. And right now, we're not even looking for it...
