It’s his Vision and deep ball accuracy that people hate. I think he’s an exciting player.

As a a QB reading the field Hill is just less decisive. Simien has work and was off on a few throws, but also made some great ones. Good delivery and he looks decisive, understands what he is seeing and finds the receiver. Only knock today was placement on some throws.

Siemian looks crisper as a QB than Hill.

That's the thing, I see people saying he shouldn't be the starting QB because of his concussion concern, so he should just stay in the joker role. That doesn't make sense.

If he isn't safe to play QB because of concussion concerns, then he really can't play football at all.

The way I see it, he's either the Saints starting QB for the rest of the season or he's not not playing at all.

If by that you mean his LACK of vision and LACK of deep ball accuracy, then yes.
And indecisiveness, and ball insecurity.
