I just don’t agree with demoting a guy who never had a fighting chance. As a previous poster said, Rattler will be snatched quickly off the practice squad.

A team would have to be in pretty bad shape to take Rattler off the practice squad. They would have to put him on their 53 man roster. Have you seen how many interceptions were dropped by Oakland today?

A bit harsh, he has had zero help today

He was to be a mobile QB. Escapeability. Outside the first designed play, he simply has no clue. He doesn't recognize defensive fronts and had accuracy issues. Very hot n cold when it comes to his accuracy. Not a trait you build around.

He was 5th round for a reason. 31 other teams passed him up for 4 previous rounds.

Year this thing down and build from the draft with young players. Let them grow together with a good HC. Look at what Green Bay has done. One of the youngest teams in the league and playing well.
