The only thing that's silly is when people say that Vick won't find work outside of the Raiders. People said the same thing about T.O. Fact of the matter is that these players are talented and while owners pay lip service to their fans and the media, they want to WIN above all else, because it brings in the bucks. I still don't see Vick coming here, but I don't think it's as far fetched as everyone on here thinks it is.

I would use him as a utility player like the Steelers used Slash in the past . He will not be a starting QB in my opinion but his big play ability will help the Saints get to the big game . I could see him playing for the Patriots .

King has fallen in love with the wildcat. He will brush it under the carpet when it fails this season. The Bucs are semi-logical and to an extent possibly even the Panthers, but the Saints? Probably should be #30-32 on possible landing spots

How anyone could want to take even a single snap from Drew Brees to give to a gimmick player is beyond me. One who had problems staying healthy when he last played and has been sitting inactive on top of it. Even before all the Dog killing drama...

Vick was always one of the bottom rated passers in the league with horrible accuracy. It is not a coincidence that atlanta's receivers started producing when he left.

The idea that I keep seeing posted over and over ad nauseum is that Vick has to take snaps away from Brees. That's a poor argument. King is suggesting that Vick's snaps would be runs, end arounds, throwbacks, etc so you're not taking passes away from Drew Brees (perhaps a fake run and throw over the top) you're taking runs and gimmick plays away from the rest of the offense.

Would it really be worth all that grief for 5-10 snaps a game? And we have guys that can do the wildcat. Vick just ain't that good, sorry. Even without all the baggage, I'd say no.

Considering the talent out there....5-10 plays ain't much...BUT...if Brees (GOD FORBID!!!) goes down.....would it be worth it then? Im just sayin....

A couple of those teams make some since. I could see Al Davis with the Raiders picking him up, or San Fran taking a shot. But I don't see the Saints or Patriots ever doing it.

As much as I used to hate him with the Falcons, the dude is a freak of an athlete.
