I just had one. It was pretty good. Batter wasn't soggy at all. Maybe you got a bad one, idk. If I had a complaint, would the pickles sort of overpowered the rest of the sandwich.

The chicken I had tonight wasn't soggy at all. If anything, it was just slightly overdone, meaning extra crispy, even crunchy in some spots. That said, the place we go to here does a decent job prepping the food.
The other Popeyes here isn't half as good.
A veteran of McD's told me they aren't microwaves. You must call em by the name queueing oven.
