Olave slowed up before he got past his defender???

That's exactly why (not saying it was right) he got upset. He has one job which was to clear out that side of the field. He stopped his route almost immediately.

The problem is, even though he lock onto his first read, the throw to Taysom was still there. Instead of making that throw, he just chucked it. Olave cleared it...

He could run for 40 more yards and still wouldn't get past a defender that has a 10 yard cushion and not surrendering that cushion. The fact is Olave was running until he reached the 25...the ball was already being thrown when he hit the 23. BTW, he wasn't even in the progression, meaning he wasn't a target.

He just threw a temper tantrum. Olave barely even jogged 15 yards. Carr locked into the fact that Olave barely Jogged on his clear out route and showed him up to make a point. The wrong point overall cause he made himself look like a huge arse in the end.

The ball was definitely thrown before Olave slows down, and Olave slowing down didn’t impact whether Hill gets open. Besides that, MT has gone on record to say Olave shouldn’t have been an option on the play.

Olave is suposed to be full tilt sprinting in order to flip the hips of his CB and the Safety helping. He doesn't. Carr flips out and shows him up. The slow up is not the problem. The SLOW START is the problem.

The anger and temper tantrum had already set in. That is what we have at QB. A guy that will waste a play just to show up his team mates for not doing their job.

But he didn't even look at the other side of the field (post snap). And all that is just for that play ,this isn't the first time this has happened.
