I read an article earlier today talking about Leftovers. I think I'll have to give it a look in the near future. The guy behind Leftovers did Lost and he's doing the Watchmen show on HBO which is what the article was about.

do, you can tell he applied a lot of the lessons he learned about Lost
you might feel like you have to push through the first 4 episodes of so, but it's def worth it

So apparently the place Thanos went to at the end was Titan and that he went back in time. There's some concept art that shows his farm and the image is titled something like Titan Thanos Farm.

And I have to say, the Russo Brothers are awesome. They were posting on Reddit and even had Josh Brolin recreate the snap, even while apparently shirtless and in bed. HA!
