Texas, the new Florida (1 Viewer)

The roads may be nice at the Texas state border crossing, but you better hold on to your arse once you get off the interstate. TXDOT is a forking joke.

Mississippi has entered the chat.

What's the protein to fat ratio of a human nose?

Technically that part of Mississippi used to be Florida

I live in Montgomery county (just north of Houston) we missed the boil water advisory by one mile. We are on a different system than our lessors south of the 99.

Coming home yesterday from New Orleans I was incredibly happy to cross over from Louisiana into Texas. The difference in road quality is night and day different. I forgot just how bad the streets in SELA were.
It shows it’s better to build roads over a pit of h*ll than a swamp

I’ll take it.

I will say this, I hope to never hear another Texan say “don’t California my Texas” after what I witnessed this past Wednesday. They opened an In and Out (a California hamburger restaurant) a couple of blocks away from our company’s satellite office here in the Woodlands (north of Houston).

Leaving work that evening the line to get into that I&O stretched about 100 cars long, and passed by a Torchys tacos (a Texas taco chain). People might say Nickleback sucks, but Nickleback didn’t accidentally sell millions of records if you catch what I’m saying.

Now for your moment of Zen.

And Taco Bell outsells any good to great Mexican restaurant- not sure what point that proves

Its ironic. The people who are most likely to say this, probably voted for the governor who has courted many Cali companies to relocate to Texas.
