i came pretty close to clubbing some seals tonight. thanks for saving them saints!

I've got a giant boner. My wife is in trouble tonight

Anyone else find it exceptionally easy to wake up this morning?

Been up since about 5:30 this morning (wife has to work, I don't) with zero hangover.

Whoda thunk it?

A Saint's whoopin of the Falcons cures hangovers!

how many NFL QBs can throw two picks like that and still win a game??

maybe two or three

:worthy: Brees :cheer:

Woke up under the tree using the skirt as a blanket, totally nude except for a sock so, **** you and your soberiety. I turned it up to 11 last night.

Speaking of the picks...

I've had a superbowl hangover since... well since the SB. If they lost, it wasn't that difficult to deal with. I mean it bothered me, but it wasn't the end of the world.
We'd already been to the end of the world, bought the t-shirt, sent some postcards, climbed the mountain, found the wise old man at the top and kicked him in the jiblets.

I hadn't really put much thought into the individual struggles of the team though.

I think I'm over the SB hangover though, and I'm ready to take another trip to the end.

With that said, and since my hangover is fading away, pieces of the game are becoming more clear for me and it seems like Brees' is simply trying too hard.

He's trying to do TOO much on his own. There was some talk about off-season route running, timing, cohesion built up between 9 and the receivers.
It's as if they've had some issues with getting that time in for learning each other again, and it seems to force him to make crazy attempts when things break down vs. a situation where a receiver might 'know' that extra step to take, or might have a juke move in his back pocket that 9 is expecting to get open and make a play...

I think they need to get back to basics. What did they do last year that they've taken for granted this year?

I need to believe that guys like Moore would be there after hours working, and Jimmy Graham just seems like a sponge. I don't think you could keep him off the practice field for some extra-curricular stuffs.

I think it's just a matter of the team asking themselves to look at the ring on their hand, and determine if they want another one.

All that, and it probably has something to do with that big SB target on their backs... :idunno:

Whatever... I've just got to a point this season where something has changed, something clicked, and SB44 was amazing. But I'm greedy. I want another one now.

...I turned it up to 11 last night.

Yeah, but that's a normal day for you.

Monday nights for me generally don't include bouncing between 10-12 longnecks + multiple straight crown shots + multiple sambucas.

Honestly, I should be right next to you fighting over the tree skirt and sock for warmth.

Hell, I've got to think that sleeping next to you would be the real-world equivalent of getting stuffed inside of a Ton Ton so yeah, you can have the sock.

But seriously, I should be in the fetal position in the tub or something, or at least my wife should be ****** at me this morning. Instead she kissed me on the way out the door and I'm awake, gaming, drinking coffee, and getting ready to take the kid off for a trip to the store to burn a gift card he got for Christmas.

So... Take your hangover in your fist and shove it where you usually shove your fist and other things.
