It looks like the flag is wrapped/tied in that video. Can't quite make it out to be sure.

I thought so at first, but it's there. Is it me or is the flag pole from the photo missing in the video?
Yep, read that but also that they were removing them to replace for Super Bowl (which seems late). But also that because of the debris that collects in the tracks that they become impossible to use (part of bailing on the maintenance). But whatever turns out to be the most correct reason, that's why I hunna percent believe they were not up.Obviously take it for what it’s worth
There are steel street closure mechanisms that don't work because the city bailed on the maintenance contract. This was preventable and is really embarrassing.
I read that the suspect crossed the border at Eagle Pass two days ago
Yeah, heard that but confused me given that the truck has Texas plates to a rental place and we don't yet have an ID on the perp himself. So was it the truck that was tracked with him in it or what?I read that the suspect crossed the border at Eagle Pass two days ago
What difference does that make?I sure hope that the media news reports get out as quickly as possible that the person(s) involved with this crime is not attached to the city of New Orleans in any way. The narrative needs to be that the city was victimized by someone from outside this area and is not part of any local gang or hate group. This attack could have literally happened in any city around the country.
Yeah, makes sense. So still nothing about this guy himselfThey're now saying it was in November and that driver is not the suspect. If it is indeed a rental that would make sense.
Well, even if the individual was from NO, that shouldn't matter. There are bat sheet people in every city.I sure hope that the media news reports get out as quickly as possible that the person(s) involved with this crime is not attached to the city of New Orleans in any way. Here's the thread on the older of those4 years ago and then 2 years ago, I think my timeline may be off a little. A drunk person drove into a crowd during Mardi Gras.
No idea. Sad part is that I left thinking how great the people were being last nightYeah, heard that but confused me given that the truck has Texas plates to a rental place and we don't yet have an ID on the perp himself. So was it the truck that was tracked with him in it or what?
