It was $1k off like 4 days ago at Best Buy. I almost pulled the trigger on that, but just bought one for the living room a few months ago.

I got the Sony A80J 65 inch. Zero regrets. If you can get it for under $2k, well worth the price.

I went a little nuts at BB the other day. I ended up with a Samsung QN90A 85" along with a couple Sony X85J 65" models, plus a 50" Sony X80J...also some Sonos stuff for sound.
Pretty excited for the big Samsung, the reviews I read are really strong.

I replied to you the first time you asked for recommendations in this topic back in October. You never followed up with additional information. Everything I typed back then still applies.

edit: 2022 models will start coming out in the spring - thats when last year's models will start to go on clearance

That's correct.
I built my house 4 years ago but left the entire lower level with full walkout unfinished, except exterior side windows/drywall...so the past 3 years I have been finishing it on my own--accelerated by quarantine free-time. It is a fairly large undertaking...storage space/workshop, 2 BRs, full bath and big TV room with bar and game space, as well as a huge outdoor kitchen and bar/lounge. Ample TVs were needed for all spaces. Also got Sonos setups, fridge and dishwasher too--taking advantage of the 24 month 0% financing option!
