NEW ORLEANS — With the ninth pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints selected Texas offensive lineman Kelvin Banks Jr.

Standing at 6'4" and 320 pounds, Banks is expected to immediately strengthen the Saints' offensive line, which struggled last season.

Banks had a decorated college career, earning some of the sport’s most prestigious honors for linemen, including the Lombardi Award and the Outland Trophy, both of which recognize the top lineman in college football.

The 2025 NFL Draft is finally here, and the New Orleans Saints currently have the 9th overall pick. We know for sure that the excitement begins at 7 p.m. CT at Lambeau Field in Green Bay but with 8 teams scheduled to pick ahead of them, what we don’t know is what time the Saints will be on the clock.

Based on previous drafts, our guess is the newest Saints will be selected somewhere around 8:10 p.m. CT.
