What if Jeanty is there, and the Cowboys offer a 1st and 3rd to move up to your spot? If it were me, I would trade back.

All 3 of your examples are dominant because of their OLINE and not RBs.So with Lamar/Henry, Hurts/Barkley, Montgomery/Gibbs you see how dominant a run first team can be.
Ironically, as Brady pointed out, it was when Hurts stayed int he pocked and deliverd the ball on time that he looked his most dangerous. When the picture was muddy, and he didn't see things clear and started to scramble/hold the ball for 4-5 seconds is when he looked a hell of a lot worse. Jalen will however absolutely throw the ball away and not make the play worse vs forcing a pass. So it balanced things out.I with the ones saying Moore being heavy on the run in Philly is due to the roster make up. Hurts doesnt stand in the pocket and pick you apart. He's an escape artist with the wheels to burn you. Having a QB with that skillset, an elite RB, and an elite OL... a run heavy offense is a no-brainer. Same story in Baltimore. It does show that Moore isnt one of those single-minded coaches that doesnt maimize the strengths of his players. Thats a plus.
As far as Jeanty at #9. Thats a bit of a stretch to me, but there is the Boise state connection. I guess that depends on how he wants to build his offense and how he feels about what AK is at this point in his career. It makes sense to have a superstar on the roster ready to take the place of an aging and expensive superstar.
I do wonder what kind of QB Moore would want. He's had Dak and Herbert, but Hurts brought him to the Superbowl. Does he try and find a read-option type QB? If so, is there a QB in this draft somewhere that fits that type system? Or does he revert to more of a pass happy offense?
Absolutely, lots of good runners in this draft. At the very least....you draft a RB somewhere between rounds 1-3 and he makes another RB expendable. Like what happened w/ Kamara and we traded AP. Though in this case I believe Miller would be back that gets traded. What if Jeanty is there, and the Cowboys offer a 1st and 3rd to move up to your spot? If it were me, I would trade back.
I saw one mock draft where Carter is going at 8. That's just one pick below the Saints. Anything could happen at the 9th position. To say he will be long gone is a stretch.
They won't get Jeanty because they are no match for other team's aggressiveness with drafting or bringing in playmakers.
OL and DL all day long. Build the trenches.Let's say McMillan and Jeanty are both there at 9. McMillan solves a huge need as a contested catch guy, but Jeanty is a more elite prospect but our O-line this year probably won't let him look elite.
Who would you guys and gals take?
lol definitely the thirdround 5*
Yeah, when have the Saints ever thrown caution to the wind and aggressively traded up for a player?

Henry lead the Titans nowhere.
Barkley lead the Giants nowhere.
Lions are fueled by their top 2 Oline.

Jamaal Williams lead the entire league in TDs with the Lions and immediately looked awful for the Saints. Those elite RBs have elite traits that other RBs don't. If you put an average RB behind an elite O-line, you will certainly get an improvement by the RB, but not elite.
I really love Jeanty, but that would be tough to turn down and especially if another elite prospect like Warren was going to be there at 12.What if Jeanty is there, and the Cowboys offer a 1st and 3rd to move up to your spot? If it were me, I would trade back.
