So, apparently some of those car chases with wrecks were part of this FBI operation:

I don’t have much to add but wanted to share, I guess, sentiment regarding New Orleans. I believe I told you all that my family and I relocated to Ohio last year, having lived in Louisiana my whole life (born and raised in NOLA - lived in Slidell through January 2023.) We came over for Mardi Gras this year and I also had a conference in April the week after FQ Fest, so my wife and I came that weekend to enjoy the festival.
I saw the city in a different light after being away for a few months. I miss it. I miss the people and the culture. Pretending to be a tourist made me realize how much I took for granted when I was there.
With that said, I also like it here. The food sucks and I am very grateful that my wife is a NOLA woman who can cook; otherwise, I’d be a miserable skinny bastage instead of the happy, hot boy that I am.
Anyway, I don’t know what the future holds regarding my career and where my next assignment will take me, but I am pulling for NOLA and all of Louisiana. I hope everything improves and the quality of life is enhanced for everyone. It will always be my home and I genuinely want the best for the people who live, work, and enjoy life there.

U.S. Attorney Duane Evans said local prosecutors will handle most of the cases that resulted from the campaign, though some will be handled federally.

It was pretty much isolated to close to the lake. from Lakeview to Metry.

Nice - when I moved back I lived on Dumaine right by Hagan- love that area
