Mark Ingram 18 for 97 (5.4 ypc) 1 TD (2 Viewers)

Someone pass me some salt, I need it for the crow I've come here to eat. Mark Ingram, you sir are a beast with your 5.4 yards per carry when we needed you most. I've officially departed the hate train with apologies to MI.

can he play safety?

He made indeed a great Tackle ! I dont know cause I could not see but there was probably not a lot of guys to tackle Fletcher had he missed.

He was good in pass protection and can clearly catch the ball.

Now I am pretty sure TCU Dan is more than happy with the way our running game panned out last night. Plus if you look at it, when we needed to grind out yds we went to Robinson not Ingram. And hear me I was ver very happy to see Ingram play the way he did ad I hope he can carry on next week, but when we needed the tough yds SP went to Robinson... I might be off but I think that is what TCU Dan was pointing out.

I have always rooted for Ingram, he tends not to endear himself because he doesnt often get the long highlight reel runs that make memories.

He was a baller last night.

But I was more impressed with what looked like a renewed Ben Grubbs. Grubbs to me looked like the mauler he was before we picked him up in Free Agency.

Grubbs looked better for not having to help LT as much. For those who've watched, was he focused on helping Brown for 12 weeks??

Ingram did ok but he not taking snaps away from Pt if he's healthy next week.

Yeah, 5.4 yards a carry and 114 total yards against the 3rd ranked rushing defense is "ok." Ingram is now well over 5 yards a carry for the year.

Last week you said Cadet was a better runner then Ingram. You look like silly at this point.

Ingram did better than ok. I also don't see where PT is going to take back all of that time. PT hasn't been the same the last part of this year, and his injury must be pretty serious to have him miss a playoff game. If it's going to be cold, wet and sloppy in Seattle, you can bet Ingram and Robinson will be in there again.

Our OL has improved dramatically in the rushing department since we inserted Armstead as the LT....

They deserve some of the credit...

MI, KR, & Sproles were huge for us tonight.
Armstead has shored up our pass blocking on the left side of the line, but most of our rushing yards came off the right side of the line last night. The biggest credit for run blocking last night needs to go to Evans, Strief, and DLP. Watson and Collins also deserve props.

I must admit that I was not happy with Ingram. Looking back, I think I just hated to see Chris Ivory go. Anyway... I'm no football expert, but I was wrong about Ingram. He is a beast. I will now cook a pot of crow gumbo.

Same here, I even thought that his game against the paper thin Dallas run D was a fluke but he showed up big time in the absence of PT.

Before we say Ingram will get PT's carries, let's see if pt even practices this week. We don't know what his injury is but we know he didn't even practice this week. Something's up.

Pt will still be the STARTER and will remain if healthy next week and ingram will continue to play his role.

Congrats to Ingram. He picked a great time of the season to start peaking.

That was a sight to behold: O-Line getting some push, and the RBs getting positive production. It changed everything Philly was thinking of doing to our offense.
