How about now? Not to critique and second guess, just wondering if you're a little more open to giving the young hoss an opportunity. I'll admit to having no expectations and being happy to hear he's doing well, but damn. That dude's a baller rn.I don't see it, I don't see much in terms of potential from this UDFA class outside of Bachie.
Michael Who. JK. FR! We need everyoneMan he is killing it. Dude catches everything. His concentration is wild.
Winston really is the ideal QB for Callaway. He's willing to throw it up and let his guy get it...and that's exactly what Callaway does well.Winston won the job tonight 9 of 10.. over 100 yards.. 2 TD passes
Calloway, Humphrey, Johnson, Thomas, Harris if you play WR in this offense be ready for a big play opportunity.Winston really is the ideal QB for Callaway. He's willing to throw it up and let his guy get it...and that's exactly what Callaway does well.
Don’t forget Ty Montgomery. I think he had like 3 or so catches for over 50 yds!Calloway, Humphrey, Johnson, Thomas, Harris if you play WR in this offense be ready for a big play opportunity.
I was really nervous about our WRs and LBs entering the season...but boy, lots of guys have stepped up. If the Saints can just scrounge up decent CB play...this team will surprise.Don’t forget Ty Montgomery. I think he had like 3 or so catches for over 50 yds!
What I liked most about the young guys is that they all played pretty well LAST WEEK. But what would they do TONIGHT?
All that bunch did was turn in yet ANOTHER solid performance!!!
I’m beginning to think that we jus might have lil more talent at WR than we originally thought. I was at the game, and had a really good view of their play. Separation was NOT a problem! It was like nearly EVERYBODY was gettin open, n making nice catches!
What I think they lack most at this point tho, is game experience. I think the more they play, the better they’ll get!
For example, last week, Lil Jordan struggled on dat deep ball from Jameis. But tonight, he made a slick adjustment on a pass from Taysom to make a big catch! ( BTW, big props to Lil Jordan who had a helluva game! )
Only time will tell, of course. But no doubt, I was encouraged with wat I saw from our WRs tonight!
