Is it just me, or has this sandwich gotten smaller? Maybe, it's just the one located near me, but the last few times I've gotten it, it looked more like an over-sized slider.

I think it has gotten smaller, what I noticed is that its not super thick any more, which I am just fine with, as I dont care for the thick ones .

I had their chicken strips the other day. I figured I should go with the 5pc because I expected a small order. Could barely finish it with the side of rice. Very good. Will be my lunch today.

Same here brother. But it depends on the store. The store in Longmont, CO sends me straight to the bathroom but the one in Broomfield is just fine.

But it's horrible for my overall diet so I haven't had Popeye's in months. I may treat myself to a 2pc white spicy when I hit my goal of 175lbs. (4lbs to go)

If you need that popeyes fix on your overall diet, try the blackened chicken strips. The sodium is not great but otherwise not to bad. Definitely get that traditional popeyes flavor.

Here is my go-to popeyes while trying to eat healthy. Not bad for 325 calories and 6 grams of fat.
