Dr Phil is like Dave Ramsay.. both of them take incredibly obvious information, package it in ‘folksy’ colloquialisms and dish it out to the masses as if these are somehow profound insights that they came up with….. The truth is, if you have even a scintilla of self discipline or a lick of common sense, you dont need to listen to either of them.

Ok, forgive me if I missed it, but have there been ANY actual confirmed sightings of Brian in Florida, by anyone but his parents? How do we actually know he came back to Florida in the van? Did I miss that anywhere that he was actually seen in Florida???

I was a little surprised to see him talking to Dr. Phil but, okay, he just wanted to get maximum exposure since he had a missing daughter. I'm not sure how discerning he was being considering his panicked mindset. And he even said that his daughter wouldn't come to him because he'd only want to be a fixer. I'm not sure why he didn't consider THAT something he needed to fix.
