my kids have millions of LEGO. Apparently, long ago, martha and I decided to invest in interlocking plastic bricks instead of 401ks, mutual funds, stocks and bonds

I have the massive Voltron set that is still in the box that needs assembling. I have some others in the box that I really need to put together too. But that’s top of my current list.

I hope you have a large, extra room available because you're gonna have it filled soon. You won't have a Lego village, but a full Lego city.

I have some sets of both, and they're definitely geared to different audiences. I'm more of a City guy myself, but the Friends sets are really fun and more colorful and playful, while City is a bit more utilitarian and "real world". I enjoy both tho. The modular buildings, I'm really addicted to right now.

I sorta gravitate from one theme to another, and honestly, I like most Lego themes.

The Millennium Falcon is my dream set right now tho.

So...apparently, Lego isn't discontinuing all of their Star Wars sets. Only some of them. They're releasing a few smallish sets that are still display pieces. I'm probably gonna wait on those, but could be good for SW fans who have limited shelf space, or can't splurge for the UCS sets.



And I definitely want to try something like this down the road. Would be a fun project.
