I think the Syrian thing is more closely related to the Ukrainian war, than it is to the Israeli war. I think that because it ties in to the forces Russia has available due to their on going war in Ukraine, that Russia has little choice but pull out of Syria.

So an IL76 left Damascus earlier this evening. I happened to see it as it was about 15 min into flight (on Flightradar24) SYR9218.
I watched it for about 10 min while looking for other transports coming or going. I noticed the heading and thought " no way this heading correct" as it was headed directly over rebel held Homs. So I stopped tracking.

Well, here is what happened. So either plane made emergency landing or it crashed. And it's rumored it was Assads plane fleeing Damascus.

Crazy if this ends up being verified.
