Former New Orleans Saints offensive tackle Terron Armstead has been inducted into the Senior Bowl Hall of Fame. Armstead attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, playing for the UAPB Golden Lions football team from 2009 to 2012. He was named first-team All-SWAC from 2010-2012 and played in the 2013 Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL.

Armstead was drafted by the Saints in the third round (75th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played nine seasons in New Orleans before signing with the Miami Dolphins in March 2022. Armstead was named Second-Team All-Pro in 2018 and has been selected to...

The New Orleans Saints have some cap space issues to deal with before making any signings this year, but re-signing or bringing in players on short-term cheap deals can still be done. Paulson Adebo and Chase Young are the two main upcoming Saints free agents, but their contracts will be very pricy for a team trying to rebuild the cap space. The team’s focus could be more on the cheaper players out of contract that could still make an impact next season.

This move seems like a no-brainer, and a couple of weeks ago, it may have looked unlikely. Over recent days, players like Tyler Lockett...

The New Orleans Saints were the last team to make their head coach hire, but it seems their patience was well worth it. Since the hire became official, the Saints have agreed to contracts with great coordinators and other staff members. Today, these agreements became official.

Many of these names were already known throughout the past weeks, but some of the names are interesting. Saints position group season review: Offensive Line

The New Orleans Saints offensive line had a very up and down season in 2024. On the one hand, rookie first round NFL Draft pick Taliese Fuaga started every game and looked great at left tackle, but on the other hand, the interior of the line was a revolving door all season and there was not much to be optimistic about aside from Fuaga and Erik McCoy, who only played in five full games all year due to injury. Trevor Penning and Cesar Ruiz looked average and the left guard position is a complete mystery. The Saints had eight offensive linemen play over 25% of the offensive snaps last year...

With the start of free agency next week, the New Orleans Saints have a great opportunity to find some cheap deals to improve this roster. The team should be more active than last year, but once again, many, if not all, will be 1-year deals. Staying with this free-agent strategy will help the Saints improve the cap. Also, New Orleans can receive compensatory picks if the signed free agents leave after one year to go to other teams. This strategy is already working out for the team, with Chase Young set to leave and get a larger contract. The goal will be to do something similar in free...
