New Orleans Saints head coach Dennis Allen gave an injury update on newly signed defensive end Chase Young. According to Allen, Young’s health is going in a positive direction, but he doesn't expect him to see the practice field anytime soon. Young has participated in walk-throughs during OTA’s and the team expects that to be his status until they reevaluate him before training camp.

New Orleans Saints general manager Mickey Loomis delivered some interesting updates to the media on Monday morning about star cornerback Marshon Lattimore and former Saints’ guard Andrus Peat.

Which matchups look most challenging on the New Orleans Saints’ 2024 schedule? Everyone knows that their Monday night meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs is going to be daunting, but how heavily does Sean Payton’s presence matter into the perception of the Saints’ Thursday night game against a bad Denver Broncos team? It’s true that the Saints have been given an easy (on paper) strength of schedule again in 2024, even if the soft matchups pitched to them last year still resulted in nearly as many wins as losses. It’s beginning to look like the New Orleans Saints won’t be trading Marshon Lattimore. Saints head coach Dennis Allen was asked about Lattimore’s status during media availability at the Saints Hall of Fame golf tournament on Monday, and he says he’s spoken recently with one of the team’s best players amid trade speculation.
